Where this demo comes from
The game is the real product copied byte-for-byte from our community store — interface, engine, and artwork unchanged. All settlement runs locally in your browser: numbers, event dice, decision cards, garrisons, and state programs are the actual game engine, not a video.
The replay table was recorded by playing a real session with deepseek: for each of the five turns we submitted all three suggested edicts and captured the full responses (15 in total). The typewriter you watch is replaying real generations, character by character.
What the demo can't do
Only the three suggested edicts work each turn — free-form input, live court debates, and the remaining 62 seasons belong to the full game. Progress isn't saved; refresh and it restarts. The “scripted demo” badge stays on screen the whole time: we don't pass off a recording as live generation.
FAQ
Is a real AI answering me?
The demo is a scripted replay, and it says so on screen. Every response you see was generated by a real model (deepseek) during a real session and recorded; the numbers, court politics, and decision cards are computed live by the game engine in your browser — pay a garrison and the treasury really drops. The full game has no script: every edict is answered live.
Why does free-form input get blocked?
The recording only covers three suggested edicts per turn. Free-form edicts need a live model — that's the full game. The demo draws that line honestly instead of faking a response.
Is it free? Do I need an account?
Completely free, no login. Everything runs locally in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Refresh and it starts over.
How is the full game different?
The demo is one fixed storyline, five turns, three options each. The full game runs 67 seasons: free-form edicts, live court debates between opposing ministers, garrison payrolls, 14 state programs, fate-node chains, and nine endings, with autosave every season.
What language is the game in? Is the content AI-generated?
This flagship title plays in Chinese (the interface around it is English). All of its text and artwork are AI-generated, disclosed here and on its store page; historical figures and events are public-domain material and all prose is original.
