Use of Foreverse

Foreverse provides tools for reading, organizing, and continuing fiction. You are responsible for the content you import, write, request, generate, store, or share through the app.

AI-generated content

AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable. You should review generated content before relying on it or sharing it. Do not use Foreverse to create illegal, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content.

Accounts and purchases

Some features may require a Foreverse account. Foreverse Pro purchases and device activations are tied to your Foreverse account and the applicable app store purchase record.

Third-party services

If you connect your own AI provider key or use third-party services, those services may apply separate terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with those terms.

YouTube API Services

Foreverse uses YouTube API Services for an internal tool that manages the official Foreverse YouTube channel. By using that YouTube-connected client, an authorized operator also agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. The client may read channel and video information, analytics, and comments, and may perform authorized channel-management actions such as updating metadata or publishing approved uploads.

YouTube write actions must be deliberately authorized for the intended Foreverse channel. The operator keeps final control over titles, descriptions, visibility, scheduling, comments, and other data sent to YouTube. Foreverse's internal automation does not permanently delete a YouTube video without an explicit deletion instruction from the channel owner.

Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if an account is used to abuse the service, violate these Terms, or create legal, security, or platform compliance risk.
