AI story continuation
Foreverse is an AI story continuer shaped around the chapter you are reading. Mark a paragraph. Pick a model. Stream the continuation in. The original draft stays intact as the canonical path. It runs on the books you already have — our bulk-import test loaded 315 novels onto one phone in a single pass.
Iren set her hand against the door and felt it answer — not as wood, but as something patient and listening.
The locksmith had warned her about the second hinge, the one that turned when the tide turned. For a long moment she stood there, breath in her teeth, salt in her hair, the harbour bells two streets behind her.
She pushed, and the door opened twice — once on the rope-rotted hallway she expected, and once on a second hallway that should not have been there.
The corridor on the right was not a corridor. It was the harbour, four years younger, before the bells had been rehung. A woman she half-recognised was already walking away from her, ledger in hand, salt in her hair, the same chart folded into the same pocket. The chart in her pocket weighed more than it had this morning. She wondered which Maerin had drawn it, and which Maerin she was about to walk into.
Foreverse attaches characters, places, and lore tied to chapter 12 before calling AI.
Lands as a new branch on paragraph 3. The original draft is untouched. You can keep, reroll, or compare.

How it actually runs
Foreverse keeps the loop small. The reader stays put. AI runs inside the page instead of in a separate chat surface.
Selection brings up an inline toolbar with Continue, Branch, Rewrite, and Note. No modal dialogs.
Choose the BYOK provider, the length budget, and a tone preset. Foreverse remembers per-chapter defaults.
It pulls the active chapter, the previous beats, and the world entries that touch this scene before calling AI.
The new text lands as a branch on the paragraph you marked. You can keep it, reroll it, or compare it side-by-side.
Why this works
Continuations carry the characters, places, and lore tied to the chapter you are continuing from. No manual prompt-stitching.
Every continuation is a separate branch. Keep your favorite. Archive the rest. Never lose the path you started from.
The model name is shown next to the continuation. Per-scene routing means the right provider for the right tone.
Who this is for
This page is for people who want to keep reading a story that stopped — a dropped webnovel, a fanfic on hiatus, an ending that never sat right. Writing suites optimize for publishing: word counts, submission formats, an audience. Foreverse optimizes for you. Continuations stay private, and the original text stays untouched.
The author walked away at chapter 190; your interest did not. Import the txt or epub and keep going from the exact paragraph where it went quiet.
Continuations are for yourself. No feed, no follower count, no publishing pipeline — nothing you write here is posted anywhere.
Branches live beside the text, not inside it. However far you take an alternate path, the imported book remains exactly the book you loaded.
FAQ
Continuations are the headline feature. The questions below come up often enough to belong on this page.
Yes — that is the whole design. Import the txt or epub, open the chapter where it went quiet, mark the last paragraph, and the continuation streams in from that exact position. The request carries the surrounding chapter, the characters in scope, and the matched lorebook entries, so the model continues this story rather than starting a generic new one.
It means extending a chapter or scene from a known position, with the original draft, the characters in scope, and the relevant lore travelling with the request. Not a blank prompt box.
On a branch attached to the paragraph you continued from. The original draft is never overwritten. You can promote a branch, archive it, or keep it as an alternate.
Yes. Per-scene model selection is part of the design. Romance scenes can route through one provider while action scenes route through another.
Either reroll the same branch with new context, ask for a rewrite of the existing continuation, or open a new branch with a different model. The previous attempt stays archived.
No. Imported books live as files on your phone and stay readable offline. When you trigger a continuation, the scene context for that one request goes to the model you picked — with a BYOK key it travels directly to that provider, with no Foreverse server in the path.
Yes — that is the most common use we hear about. Import the file, continue from the chapter where it stopped, and keep as many alternate branches as you like. Nothing is published or shared. If you skip BYOK setup, the official channel's 5,000 starter credits cover roughly 260 continuations.
