The page is built from the same community snapshot that powers the card showcase: publish timestamps group cards into UTC weeks (Monday start), the one-liners are each card's own summary sentence, and the genre strip counts real tags. No editorial layer exists by design — the snapshot is the single source, refreshed alongside community releases. Snapshot in this build: 234 cards, latest drop 2026-07-23.
Card counts, greetings and lorebook sizes come from the shelf's preview metadata, the same numbers the app shows before import.
What it can't do
Cards are Chinese-first. Sixteen picks have hand-written English detail pages; the rest link to their Chinese pages, marked (zh) — we don't machine-translate personas, a card's voice is its content.
This lists what shipped, not what's good for you — taste is yours. Tags and lorebook size are the honest signals we can give at a glance.
The page updates with snapshot refreshes, not in real time. A card published an hour ago appears after the next refresh.
FAQ
Where do these cards come from?
From the Foreverse community hub's public shelf — currently all published by the official account, which is why every card carries a full persona, greetings, and usually an embedded lorebook. Covers are AI-generated and origin-marked. The page reads a static snapshot of that shelf; nothing is scraped from other sites.
How do I actually get a card?
Each card links to a detail page with the full persona and greetings. To chat with it, open the Foreverse app's Community tab and search the card's name — import is one tap, and the lorebook and example dialogues travel with the card. The cards are free.
Why does a week sometimes have no new cards?
Cards ship in release batches, not on a fixed schedule. Weeks with no batch simply don't appear — the page never pads itself with placeholders. The newest drop week is pinned in the header with its real date.
Can I subscribe?
Yes — the RSS feed at /labs/weekly-cards/feed.xml lists the most recent cards with links to their detail pages. Point any feed reader at it; no account, no mailing list.
